The Real Reason
The Real Reason are an alternative band from Bishop’s Stortford who have been regular clients at Threecircles Recording Studios for many years, appearing under many different guises and with a roster of different musicians.
The band was formed by bassist Dan Blackwell who then recruited his brother Matt on lead guitar, rhythm guitarist Dan Burnage, Alex Reynolds on vocals and Andy Watts on drums. Andy and Matt had prevously worked together in other bands and recorded at Threecircles several times.
The band has a very tight rock sound, taking inspiration from The Foo Fighters, Lost Prophets and Bullet For My Valentine amongst others.
